Overall the service was nice. The room I had was quiet and budget with safe, the best views plus air conditioning. The location was exceptionally nice in the outskirts of Colombo.

The room was extremely comfortable with a massive bed, perfect for a tired traveler like myself. The hotel is surrounded by trees, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. I also loved the nice garden and balcony view. The location on a hilltop offered a magnificent view of the city. The hotel is conveniently located near the Immigration department and the bus stand is just a short walk away. The owner was very helpful and made sure the premises were secure. I highly recommend this hotel for its budget-friendly, safe, and comfortable rooms.

The property is well-maintained and has a lovely garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere. the room was nicely decorated and spacious, which made our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel is also a plus—it was conveniently located near public transportation and had easy access to the city center.

There were some negative aspects that detracted from our experience. we found the staff to be unhelpful and not very welcoming.
